With over 20 years experience in the aircraft industry; Mike began his career working for a structural repair facility. Later he worked for Boeing Canada where he learned the precision manufacturing process from raw material through to assembly.

While at Found Aircraft he assisted in hand-building the first aircraft for type certification and further in developing a full production line.

Once again, returning to the repair industry, Mike worked as Director of Maintenance for a structural repair facility, working on Bell 206, 204, 205, 212, 222, 230, MDHC 500 series, Sikorsky S76, Eurocopter AS350 as well as several types of small fixed wing aircraft such as Cessna 172, 180, 182, 404 De Havilland Beaver and Twin Otter and the Found Bushhawk.

Realizing the value lean manufacturing brings to the repair industry, Mike decided to start his own company. Together with his wife Carolynn Rancourt, and team of Specialists, he offers customers outstanding quality, cost and service.
